IMSAN monitors and tracks site processes online via its own ERP system. Workforce and work achievements are tracked online. With digital forms, it is tracked by whom and in what time each manufacturing is done. Planned/Realized analyses are performed. If there are any, subcontractors performance are tracked by digital forms Personnel's scorecard, leave status, paperwork, documents, overtime are tracked online via ERP system.

Using the experience and past projects data, processes and methods are developed. More successful models and production techniques are developed.
